Kera pigments for clay can be used as underglaze colors, or they can be mixed into glaze to create colored glazes.

When mixed into white glaze, we obtain pastel colors (glossy or matte - depending on which glaze we choose), while mixing into transparent glaze results in a more intense color. The recommended ratio is 30 g of pigment per 1 kg of glaze (for a lighter or darker shade, the amount of pigment can be adjusted).

With Kera pigments, we can also make engobes (with powdered clay) or mix them into clay to color it.
