PLAST 34 BLACK polymer mixture for rubberizing metal 500 g

Properties:

Density: 1.2 g/m3

Consumption: approx. 600 g/m2, at a dry film thickness of 0.5 mm.

Temperature resistance: -20°C to 70°C

Hardness: approximately 70 Shore A

Application method:

The substrate must be clean, dry, and degreased. The ideal surface is sanded and phosphated.

If good adhesion to the surface is required, we recommend using PLAST-PRIMER.

Plast 34 must be tempered at 10 - 30 °C.

Parts to be coated are tempered at 180-190°C for about 20 minutes.

Quickly dip the hot parts into PLAST 34 and slowly pull them out, ensuring that the last dripping drop also gels.

Curing: 20-30 minutes at 180°C.

The curing time is measured from the moment the metal part reaches a temperature of 180°C.

For multiple applications, the item should always be dipped hot.

Storage:

In a dry place, protected from direct sunlight.

Shelf life: at least 12 months.
