SOLIDA
Solida is a two-component polymeric material that hardens into a rigid foam in a few minutes with an exothermic reaction.
One kilogramme of liquid SOLIDA produces approx. 5 litres of rigid foam in free foaming.

- filler for unsinkable boats, ships

- simple sandwich elements (containers, construction)

PROPERTIES
Density at free foaming - open mold: 200 kg/m3
Easily painted.
USE
1/ Thoroughly mix each component in its original container.
2/ Weigh the appropriate amount and mix both components in a PP, PE, metal or glass container.
3/ Pour the mixture into a silicone rubber, metal or epoxy mold. Apply a release agent to a metal or epoxy mold.
WARNING: Component B is corrosive and a health hazard. Use protective goggles and gloves, ensure the work area is well ventilated.

H334 May cause allergy or asthma symptoms or breathing difficulties if inhaled.
H317 May cause an allergic skin reaction.
H351 Suspected of causing cancer.
H335 May cause irritation of the respiratory tract.
H373 May cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure.
P280 Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
P305 + P351 + P338 IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
P260 Do not inhale dust/smoke/gas/mist/vapors/aerosols.
P284 [In case of insufficient ventilation] wear respiratory protection equipment.
P405 Keep locked up.
P501 Dispose of contents/container in accordance with regulations.
