APPLICATION

The surface must be dust-free, degreased and dry. The moisture content of wood and wood-based materials should be between 8 and 12 percent. Take equal amounts of Comp.A (white) and Comp.B (light brown) and mix well to obtain an even light brown-beige color. After mixing, the mass can be colored with pigments (e.g. Vivat) or, if necessary, additionally mixed with sanding dust. Spread the mixed product in a thin layer over a mixing board to prolong the processing time and ensure the removal of air bubbles. The processing time is about 3-4 minutes depending on the temperature. After this, curing begins and the adhesive strength decreases. First wet or pre-cover the entire surface thinly and then fill the area with Wood Rapid completely . After approx. 30-40 minutes (at 20°C), depending on the layer thickness, it is hard enough to sand. The setting time is longer at temperatures below 15°C. Complete curing: up to 24 hours, depending on the temperature.
