You can easily prepare a casting for honeycombs yourself with ELASTOMER-K2 or MODRIN.

We need a flawless honeycomb base, two plywood boards of the same size, a suitable hinge, Elastomer K-2 or MODRIN MF with catalyst C-88, and glue E-41. We weigh the appropriate amount of MODRIN or K-2, mix it with catalyst C-88, and pour it over the surface of the honeycomb.
Be careful that there are no air bubbles on the surface. We turn it over and repeat the process on the other side.

We pour K-2 or Modrin to a thickness of at least 5 mm. At the edges, we 'frame' with adhesive tape or strips. After 24 hours, we glue a plywood board of K-2 / Modrin to the dry surface with glue E-41. We trim the edges with a sharp blade. We attach the hinge with screws. We also attach side limiters... to both sides... and the handle... and start working. The cooling water should be as cold as possible to ensure the work proceeds quickly.
