QUICKSET 5 250 + 250 g

QUICKSET 5 a rapid-curing, general-purpose adhesive/encapsulant/sealant. It forms a rigid, hard bond or coating in minutes.

APPLICATION

Surfaces should be free of heavy deposits of grease, oil, dirt or other contaminants and cleaned by solvent, compatible with materials to be bonded. Roughing the surfaces of metals will increase and optimise the bond strength. Components A and B should be well mixed in ration 1:1 by weight or volume. Apply mixed epoxy directly to one surface in an even film. Assemble with the other part within the recommended working time. Obtain firm contact between the parts to minimize any gap and ensure good contact of the epoxy between the mating parts; clamping may be helpful. Let bonded assemblies stand for the recommended functional cure time before handling.

STORAGE SHELF LIFE

Quickset 5 should be stored in a cool, dry place when not used for a long period of time. A shelf life of 1 year from date of manufacture can be expected when stored at room temperature 22ºC in their original containers.
