EXTREM is a two-component material for producing high-quality elastic models for casting copies, prototypes, models, and similar.
Silicone rubber EXTREM is self-leveling, and when making a mold, it captures even the most complicated shapes of the model and its details down to a thousandth of a millimeter. The multiplied products are therefore dimensionally practically identical to the original; the shrinkage is approximately 0.05%.
Extrem can be used at room or elevated (up to 60°C) temperatures.
In a mold made with silicone rubber EXTREM, one can cast Quartz, plaster, polyester, epoxy (e.g., Epox 210), and polyurethane resin (Modelit, Vista, Crystal PS), wax, soaps, cement, Stonit casting,...) The molds are highly elastic and tear-resistant.
It hardens in 2-3 hours into a medium-soft rubber mold, allowing for a large number of castings.

Warning: If you are making a mold on a porous model, you must first coat it with a release agent (e.g., Release Agent SAM or Release Agent V-1 or Release Agent V-5)

USAGE METHOD
Components A and B are mixed well.
The time until the start of gelling or hardening is 10-15 minutes.
Place the model in a suitable frame and apply a thin layer of silicone rubber with a brush. Then fully pour the remaining silicone rubber over the model. Wait for the rubber to vulcanize. Full strength is achieved at a temperature of 23 degrees C after 24 hours.
