3D-POX is a two-component, solvent-free, kneadable epoxy. It is moldable, carvable, strong, and exhibits excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates. It is easily sanded and will accept paint, screws and nails.
Used for releasing polyesther, epoxy, polyurethane and other resins. PVA is silicone and wax free and doesn't leave any marks on the objects.
Its colour is designed for easier control of the application.
PVA is usually used in combination with V-1 or V-5 release agents.
Apply thorough thin coating over entire surface of model or mold.
• Allow surface solvents to evaporate for 5 minutes.
• Compressed air or hair dryer may be used to blow off any excess that has pooled.
• Repeat application and allow to dry.
• You are now ready to apply mold rubber or cast into a cured rubber mold.
