GUMIFORM liquid latex 1 l

GUMIFORM is a single component material with milk-like consistency and appearance. It is used for making less demanding moulds.

It can be applied by a brush, spraying or dipping. One layer needs to be semi-dry before applying another one. Apply 8-10 layers for a model with wall thickness 0,8-1 mm.

The necessary thickness can be achieved with a single layer by dipping the object (gypsum or some other porous material) into Gumiform for a few hours (ordinarily 2-3 hours).

When the model is non-porous, dip it into a colaguative agent, wait 3-5 minutes to dry and dip the model into GUMIFORM for 4-6 minutes. Repeat if necessary.

When the model is completely dry, thorougly rinse it with water and dry it again. 

When casting bigger objects a rigid support mold made from gypsum or polyesther is needed.

ATTENTION: Do not use Gumiform with copper or its alloys!
